The Adoption Authority, Inc. is licensed in the State of Georgia as a non-profit child placing agency.  Our staff is made up of professional, caring individuals who have experience in advocating, assisting and supporting children and families.  Our focus is to assist you in properly completing the necessary paperwork, alleviating unnecessary anxiety and creating a more pleasant, smooth experience.  

Tracy Riley Wilds, MSW, Founder and Executive Director of The Adoption Authority, Inc., has been working with families for nearly 13 years.  With her patient, caring personality, Tracy consistently gives an amazing level of commitment and dedication through all aspects of the home study process--beginning to end.
